I was surfing the forums and message boards tonight and happened upon this nice little video on My Chemical Romance Forum’s Youtube video thread.

It is basically a small documentary on The Breakfast Monkey.  It shows a very vintage Gerard and some friends that worked with him on the Monkey cartoon.  If you have seen this before, my appologies.  If not, hope you enjoy it!  Vintage Gerard = WIN!

A fan has drawn and animated a storyboard for My Chemical Romance’s song, “MAMA”.  It is, in my opinion, pretty dang awesome.  The author, Audrey, featured her creation in her blog.

Here is what she had to say about her video…

So. Sometime about a week and a half ago, I sent a flaily email to monkeycrackmary that basically said ‘TELL ME I AM A CRAZY PERSON FOR EVEN THINKING OF THIS’.

Of course because she is secretly evil personified, once she had told me that I was, in fact, a crazy person, she also made lots of excited faces. (So did jocondite when I flailed at her about it. I KNOW YOUR SECRET AGENDA, MISS.)

SO ANYWAY. What I have spent the last week-or-so doing is making an animated storyboardish music video thing for ‘Mama’. And made it the sequel to the ‘Ghost of You’ video.

My Chemical Romance are planning the release of their new DVD/CD compilation.  At first it was being reported as a 3 DVD set.  Now it’s being said to be a 2-DVD/1-CD combo like their last combination, “Life on the Murder Scene”.  It’s still unclear what all will be on the DVD’s besides the reported, last performance as The Black Parade.  Never the less, there has been hints at what the cover of this combo will look like.  Below are two seperate photographs that showcase a tiny sampling of the cover of “The Black Parade is Dead”.  Click the thumbnails for full sized photos.

February 19, 2008 marked the final night My Chemical Romance will play in Brazil.  They will be headed to Argentina and Buenos Aries next.  Below are two new videos and a funny picture of Mikey.  It seems a fan from the Sao Paulo 2-18 show, threw a t-shirt on stage.  Mikey decided to make that t-shirt his outfit for last night’s performance.  Mikey was showing a bit of “brotherly love”!
