My Chemical Freak: My Chemical Romance All The Time

It’s okay, Brandi. If anything, outside of Bob’s departure, there is literally nothing going on with MCR. With it being March already, my guess is that the new album won’t even be released until summertime and that probably means no tour until fall or maybe even next year. Sucks, but that seems to be the state of things right now, as far as I can see.

Gerard’s done a couple interviews lately, and has hinted towards touring “small punk venues” with the release of the new album, because the music theyve made can be played in arenas or small clubs, and he said maybe thats all they will be able to play with the economic situation.

and also, he is supposed to be a part of gang vocals on the new EVELYN EVELYN album. :O

Bob is gone. Gerard can’t sing. What’s next?

I just posted an entry on my blog-thing at the MCR website about the site and applying as your helper.

It is true, Vinny, that the concert industry has taken a hit on attendance due to the economic situation, at least in the United States. If MCR were asking my advice on what kind of tour they should plan for the next album (when it finally is released in 2015), I would suggest doing another theater tour, pretty much exactly like the Spring 2008 tour. I can pretty much guarantee they’d have no problem filling the 2500-3000 seaters that are all over the country.

Sorry to hear that things are tough in your world right now. Thinking of you and hoping things get better for you and your loved ones as soon as possible.
