Rules…
1. Only one entry per person…
entering multiple times will not help you win, only one entry per name/address will be accepted.
2.  No Automated entries.
3. Form must be filled out fully to count as an entry.
4.  All entries must be recieved by email, before October 13, 2008
5.  Winner will be contacted via email.
6.  Contest void where prohibited.
7.  Non U.S. entries will be allowed unless prohibited by their country or city’s laws.
8.  Non U.S. Residents should put any and all information needed in the notes section of the form, should special addressing be needed to mail the package.
9. Prize pack will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail and will also be insured.  The Prize pack will be shipped in TWO seperate shipments.  One will contain the mug and magnet, and the second will contain the comic book in plastic with a board.
10.  My Chemical Freak (Brandi) is responsible for all costs to ship and insure the prize packages.
