Gerard: ‘This really means so much to me … Me and my kid brother used to grow up – we used to grow up? Everybody used to grow up! (audience laughter) We had comics and that’s the only thing we had to escape the kind of place we lived in. And it made us lift up our heads, make up our own stories. And we got older and we did the same thing and played music – but we always missed comics. And I always wanted someday to come back.’
Thanks ‘Scott Allie for really believing in me, and actually helping me and Gabriel to make one of the riskiest comics, at least to me. It wasn’t an easy sell.’ Says, ‘I’m really nervous with large groups of people!’ Thanks ‘our family here at Dark Horse,’ ‘my wife who’s here, who I love very much,’ ‘my kid brother,’ Sierra Hahn, ‘Gabriel, who really does all the hard work,’ Dave Stewart, and James Jean.

Gabriel: Thanks everyone he forgot to mention last time, thanks the audience: ‘If you come to me I will thank you personally!’, thanks ‘Gerard, cause I really liked his book and I really wanted to work with him.’
