Yes people its true. No he wasn’t married before, but he is married now. It all went down yesterday Sunday, March 9, 2008!
He married Jamia his long time girlfriend.
No details have been revealed as of yet.
The only confirmation anyone has so far is a bulletin posted by Bouncing Souls through Myspace, congratulating them.

Hey Everybody!
Me, Pete and Bryan are at Bryan’s place in Ny today workin on some new tunes and learning a Johnny Cash song for a compilation. We have some great new ideas that are gonna turn into some sweet tunes.
Yesterday we all enjoyed celebrating the wedding day of our good friend Frank from My Chemical Romance to his beautiful wife Jamia. It was a fine family gathering which ended up in us singing a couple of Frank’s fav Souls songs. Matt Skiba from Alkaline Trio jumped up to sing along to an acoustic version of Night On Earth. He also did 3 of his songs on acoustic. Acoustic Skiba = goosebumps.
Congratulations to Frank to Jamia and much Love to you both.

Aww! I’m so excited for him! And just a response to Angel of Death, it’s not really going to be the “end” of Frerard. They did it when him and Jamia were dating, so I don’t think things will actually change.
Again, I congratulate Frank and Jamia. I’ve been waiting and wondering when they were going to tie the knot. =] I’m excited! And I might go to Jersey for Bamboozle and possibly meet him. I’d totally tell him congratulations and what not. =]

OMG. Yay! I’m so happy. They are definetly the cutest couple ever! No, Frerard will not end, and yes, I hate Lyn-Z too! But Jamia is such a doll and I know she’s making Frankie happy. Can you imagine their babies!? BEAUTIFUL!

Awww.. Poor Frank.. Guess he saw that this Gerard/Lyn-Z thing is going to stick so he went with the old stand by.
Ok that was mean.. but.. ya know. Good luck to them. With the divorce rate in the U.S. Neither marriage looks too promising. Sorry in a pessimistic mood.

All right! I was wondering when those two would finally be married. I mean, they’ve only been engaged since, I dunno, THE BEGINNING OF TIME. I’m super-happy for both of them, though! Jamia and Frank make such a cute couple; they’re both adorable.

To Deb: I was only kidding about “going with the old standby” and its true about divorce rates.. its even higher for those in a band like that. I also mentioned that I was in a pessimistic mood yesterday. It had nothing to do with this story that put me that way.
To Your Mum: Will you be my “mummy”? XD No seriously I think that Gerard woudd still consider anyone a fan. Im sure at his age and as much as hes gone through the past few years that he realize that some people have over active imaginations. Especially with the younger crowd. After all (this is for Brandi mainly) 20 something years ago I thought I would have put money on that I was going to marry Jon Knight from New Kids On The Block. It happens.
I know you said to stop Brandi.. just wanted to clear a few things up.
